This Nova Scotian white oak tree is located in an area in which kids spend a lot of time playing.
The goal is to also structurally stabalize the tree and support large branches using cables.
Dead branches are obvious hazards.
The goal is to make the area safer for the kids to play and remove all tree hazards.
The end result is a safer place for kids to play.
With a tree support system of 5 cables there is much less chance of limb failure.
Dead wood is removed from the tree and 5 cables are installed for support.
